Well, the kittens are 6 weeks old now – and two of them (Pumpkin and Cloudy) already have homes. They are still here – at least until Monday, but after that we’ll be left with only two little fluffballs running around. And wow, do they run around! We really need to get out the camcorder and get some video while all four of them are still home.
But when they’re not playing hard, they’re sleeping hard. 
To all of you who wondered how we’d resist keeping any of the babies – I guess you can start with the ‘I told you so’ comments… We haven’t decided for sure yet, but we are keeping Tips, at least for the time being. Although that’s contingent on finding something to do with our other adult cat, Misty. She’s having some major issues with the litterbox, and we realized that this is about the best opportunity we’ll have to find another cat that Snuggly will get along with. So we’ll see.
The kittens play together and beat each other up on a regular basis. They also like to sleep anywhere they can find a soft spot. Like the laundry baskets…

Hi! OMG!!! What little cuties. I don’t know if I would be able to give them away. I found two little ones in my shed last year. I thought I would find them good homes. Well I guess they found it for me.

They are just so cute. If I didn’t say it before, let me just say I am glad I don’t live close to you. I might be tempted. Of course, all I need is the litter box comment to remind me why we don’t have a cat. I had to get rid of my cat because she would not use the litter box. That part of cat ownership is NOT fun. I sure do love them, though.
